How do you know you are starting a collection?

We'll always tell you the item you are ordering is an introduction to a collection on your order form or the product's webpage.  There are some examples below.

We will also reconfirm the details of the collection when we send you your introductory coin or stamp.

How will you charge me for deliveries in the collection?

That depends on your payment preference with us. 

If you normally pay for each delivery on receipt by cheque or credit / debit card, we will send you a bill with your delivery. You then have 10 days in which to make payment or you can return the delivery free of charge and you'll owe absolutely nothing.

If you have previously authorised us to charge your card for all transactions with The Westminster Collection (Continuous Credit / Debit Card Authority), we will charge your card when each delivery is due for despatch. If you wish to return the delivery we will automatically refund your card as soon as we receive your delivery.

How can I cancel my collection?

If you ever want to cancel your collection, you can do so at any in the My Collections area of the Help section.

If you have already received a delivery that you wish to return, you can cancel your collection at the same time.  Simply write your cancellation request on the front of the invoice, which you should return with your delivery.
