Secure the NEW UK £5 issued to celebrate Through the Looking-Glass

Can you believe that Lewis Carroll’s beloved children’s books Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass have been delighting families across the world for more than 150 years?

Excitingly, to mark the momentous 150th anniversary of the publication of Through the Looking-Glass, The Royal Mint has authorised for a NEW two-coin series of UK £5 coins to be released.

The second coin in the series depicts Alice alongside the mischievous Tweedledum and Tweedledee. The design by Ffion Gwillim perfectly captures the nostalgia of the original illustrations from Carroll’s books, and has been designed under the expert guidance of the V&A museum where the original Alice illustrations are displayed.

Your coin has been struck to a Brilliant Uncirculated quality – this means it has been specially struck and carefully handled to avoid the scratches and chips found amongst their circulating counterparts.

Better yet, it comes beautifully presented in a stylish presentation pack from The Royal Mint and is available for The Royal Mint’s official issue price of JUST £13 (+p&p).
