Tennis Olympic 50p
The Tennis 50p was issued as part of a series of 29 Olympic 50ps in commemoration of London 2012, with each 50p featuring a different Olympic Sport.
In 2012, Andy Murray followed up his loss in the men's final at Wimbledon to Roger Federer by beating him to win a gold medal for team GB just days later.
The tennis 50p was designed by Tracey Baines, a sculptor and jewellery designer from Peterborough. The coin features a close up of a tennis net with the ball coming over.
