The birth of the Royal Air Force (RAF) in 1918 was the first time there had ever been a separate and independent air force established in any country.

It soon become among the most dominant air forces globally.

From the Dambusters Raid to the Battle of Britain, it was during World War II that the RAF’s efforts and ingenuity aided allied victory.

The Westminster Collection has worked in partnership with the Royal Air Force for almost 10 years, preserving and celebrating over 100 years of history on official commemorative releases.

Each set arrives housed in a presentation box with an individually-numbered Certificate of Authenticity, certifying its place in the 4,995 worldwide edition limit.
