The 1996 Annual Proof set features the definitive issues from the 50p coin to the Penny in their original circulating metals.

Alongside this centrepiece is the Celtic Cross £1 released as the third of a four part 'United Kingdom' series from The Royal Mint, representing Northern Ireland and the UEFA European Championships £2, celebrating England hosting the Euro's in 1996.
